As a consumer at Van-deus.com, you are covered by the (Swedish) Consumer Buying Act, the Consumer Services Act and the distance contracts and agreements outside of retail stores. The buyer must be authorised to hold an agreement with VanDeus.
Prices:
An agreement is acquired when you choose to place an order at the checkout. The prices include VAT for European Union clients on our invoice at checkout. We reserve the right to configure errors, such as price or printing error to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course cancel your order free of charge. We also reserve the right to withdraw an order if, for example, The product is out of stock, technical issues or suspected fraud. If you want to change your order after your order has been placed, we can only do so before your order has left our warehouse. If your order is already on its way, you will be able to return your shipment directly to our warehouse at your own expense. All goods remain VanDeus property until full payment has been made to the company.
Shipping:
Any shipping costs and any shipping options available are stated in the checkout. These vary depending on which products the order consists of and where it shall be delivered.
Right of withdrawal and return:
When purchasing goods from VanDeus, you have the right to withdraw a purchase (cancellation right) as a consumer, law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside stores. This means that you have the right to undo your purchase by mailing to VanDeus within 14 days from the date you received the ordered product (withdrawal period). If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you as a customer should contact us at VanDeus via email which is claim@van-deus.com with clear explanation of what is wrong and include pictures if something would be wrong or damaged. In the case of withdrawal of purchase, you will notify VanDeus by filling in and posting or emailing the Consumer Agency’s form to us. When withdrawing a purchase, the goods shall be returned to VanDeus within 14 days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. You can also return the product to us personally. Return shipping, you need to pay yourself, we recommend using Postnord “RECOMMENDED POST SHIPPING” for this and that the product is fresh and well packaged just as it was received. The amount you paid for the product will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return on exercise of the right of withdrawal, provided that VanDeus has received this item in return for approval and approves the complaint. Refunds may be made otherwise than in the way payment was made. You are entitled to investigate the product to the extent necessary to determine the product’s characteristics or function. However, you may be required to replace VanDeus for the value of the product if the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function. Such price deductions may change the total price of the product. VanDeus must first accept a complaint by email before you as a customer send it back by mail after it checks / tests VanDeus’s submitted or submitted complaint goods in accordance with the fault description you provided. It is therefore an advantage if it is as comprehensive as possible in Your email along with any pictures of damage or errors.
